Legal — Terms of Sale
These terms govern all purchases made from Masiōn | Rumé, edited by the maison and last updated in the first quarter of MMXXVI.
All prices are quoted in Euro, inclusive of French VAT where applicable. Duties for non-EU orders are calculated at checkout and prepaid on your behalf where possible.
An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared and a written confirmation has been sent to the address on file. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. See our Shipping page for regional lead times and the Returns page for the thirty-day policy on unopened flacons.
These terms are governed by the law of France and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse.
