Returns
We accept returns of unopened 50 ml flacons within thirty days of delivery. The Discovery Set is exempt — that's what it's for.
Write to atelier@masionrume.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label within one working day.
Issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the flacon reaching our atelier in Grasse, minus any duties already paid on your behalf.
Photograph the crate before opening it further and write to us the same day. We replace immediately and settle with the carrier ourselves.
